Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 June 2026

Grivallure ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at ecommerce.grivallure.io. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you complete the booking form on our site we collect your full name, business email address, company website, and primary e-commerce platform. We collect only what is necessary to assess whether we are a good fit and to schedule an introductory call.

We do not collect any payment information, nor do we place tracking cookies beyond those required for the site to function.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, schedule a discovery call, and - if we proceed to work together - to administer our engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may contact you by email in relation to your enquiry or an active project. You may opt out of any non-essential communication at any time by replying to any email with the word Unsubscribe.

Third-Party Services

Our booking page embeds Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling, operated by Google LLC. When you select a time slot, Google's own privacy policy applies to the data processed through that interface. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy policy at google.com/policies/privacy.

Our site is hosted on infrastructure that may log standard web server data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are not used for profiling and are deleted on a rolling basis.

Data Retention

If we do not proceed to work together, we retain your contact details for up to 12 months in case you get back in touch, after which they are deleted. If we complete a project together, we retain relevant records for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at comms@grivallure.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmitted to and from this site is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law - including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at comms@grivallure.io.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date below. Continued use of our site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
